Blueprint to join the Spicers group

Total Supply Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Spicers NZ Ltd and Geoff Milliken & Rick Day, the owners of Blueprint Imaging Limited have entered into a sale agreement. The transaction is scheduled to complete on February 26th 2021, at which time Blueprint will join the Total Supply business.

“We are delighted to announce this news, the investment makes good on our plans to continually invest in our Paper, Industrial Packaging and Sign & Display businesses,” said Morgan John General Manager Total Supply.

Both businesses will continue to operate independently. Further details about how the businesses will be integrated will be available in early 2021 once the transaction has been completed.
