Planet Ark Founder to headline FESPA Conference
FESPA Australia has announced Jon Dee – Social Entrepreneur, Author, Broadcaster, founder of Planet Ark, and Rock Aid as the keynote presenter for the FESPA Australia Annual Conference.
Jon is widely considered one of Australia’s most influential figures on change and sustainability issues. The founder of Planet Ark, DoSomething, Rock Aid Armenia and One Tree Per Child has inspired millions of Australians to make positive social and environmental changes.
An author, presenter and business efficiency and innovation expert, he currently runs RE100, a global corporate initiative that helps member companies shift to using 100% renewable energy sources.
Jon was 2010 Australian of the Year in NSW and was awarded The Order of Honor by the President of Armenia for his Rock Aid Armenia earthquake initiative. John started his career as a graphic designer, a letterpress printer and a magazine publisher, and he has a soft spot for well-designed printed material. He believes businesses incorporating sustainability are more resilient, efficient and better prepared for future changes. His experience is that a truly sustainable business is also often a more profitable one too.
The FESPA Annual Conference brings together internationally recognised thought leaders and industry experts who, through interactive panel discussions, global live streaming and in-person presentations, highlight that people, the planet, and profit stand as the key considerations for success.
