Wednesday, May 7, 2025 Durst launches two new printers at FESPA Berlin With a modernised booth concept focused on applications, live demonstrations, customer interaction, and the theme “Made in Durst”, the Durst Group is showcasing its product innovations and smart software solutions at FESPA Berlin. “FESPA 2025 is not just about new products for us; it’s about showcasing our technological ambition,” says Christoph Gamper, CEO and co-owner of the Durst Group. “We are rethinking professional print production – with the most reliable printing systems on the market, a connected software architecture, a clear focus on automation, true efficiency, and resource-saving processes. ‘Made in Durst’ stands for integrated solutions with responsibility: for our customers, their competitiveness, and our environment.” New to the market the P5 500 TEX iSUB A is a water-based sublimation printer with a width of 5.2 meters and integrated inline fixation. The P5 500 TEX iSUB offers a unique combination of print width, quality, and sustainability – ideal for sustainable trade show construction, interior design, and large-format textile solutions and applications. Matt Ashman, Managing Director Durst Australia says this is the next evolution of our P5 350 Tex direct to fabric printer with inline sublimation, which has been hugely successful in Australia. We have seen a massive demand for the 5.2m width, especially for the exhibition space which often needs double height soft signage. Exhibitions also need wider than 3.5 metres and with this machine, you can print them the same speed, same quality and there is no need to stitch prints together. A number of textile manufacturers are developing rolls of 5.2 meter wide fabric, which means you'll be able to have finished soft signage that is five meters wide with reduced production time.” Also making its official debut at FESPA, is the P5 X is a versatile high-end flatbed printing system that can also be used for roll printing. It combines precision, productivity, and flexibility for a wide range of applications.
