Factory One purchases HP Latex R2000 Plus from Celmac at PacPrint 2025

On day three of PacPrint 2025, Wayne McIntyre, CEO, Celmac, announced the sale of an HP Latex R2000 Plus to Factory One, based in Wolli Creek, New South Wales.

The deal was finalised at the show with several members of the Factory One team joining Managing Director Andrew Hall to mark the occasion. The printer, known for its 2.5-metre print width, high-opacity white ink, and broad media compatibility, is designed for high-performance output across a wide range of rigid and flexible materials. It is ideal for signage, display graphics, and retail applications.

It supports substrates such as foamboard, PVC, wood, acrylic, corrugated cardboard, and aluminium composite panels, in addition to flexible media like vinyl, banner, and paper. This versatility allows businesses to produce everything from durable outdoor signage, point-of-sale displays, and exhibition panels, to premium backlits, interior décor, and packaging prototypes, all with vibrant colour, scratch-resistant finishes, and water-based inks that meet environmental certifications.

Andrew Hall , Managing Directory , Factory One says "This is the second R2000 we have bought due to the huge demand for our acoustic panel printing now exceeding 300 panels a month. This segment of the market only came about because we bought our first R2000 back in 2019.Celmac and HP went above and beyond to help me get the first machine which was a game changer for us at the time being only a small sign shop. Both companies have been there from the start so it’s great to be able to share our growth and success together."
