Mimaki releases wider TS330 dye sublimation printer

Mimaki has upgraded its TS330 Series dye-sublimation printers, introducing new ink compatibility and a wider-format model designed to deliver more vibrant colour, greater application flexibility, and improved production efficiency for textile printers.

The upgrades include full compatibility across the TS330 Series with Mimaki’s Sb411 inks in Orange, Violet, Fluorescent Pink and Fluorescent Yellow. The expanded ink set extends the colour gamut to 11 inks, enabling higher colour vibrancy, saturation and accuracy across a broad range of applications, from fashion and sportswear to fabric signage and home décor.

As part of the update, Mimaki has also introduced the TS330-1800, a new, larger-format model. With a maximum printing width of 1940 mm, the TS330-1800 is designed to accommodate single-piece, wide textile fabrics, making it particularly suited to larger home décor applications such as curtains and tapestries. The increased width also allows more panels to be printed side by side, reducing sewing, pattern matching, waste, and overall production time.

Mimaki Europe said the expanded colour range gives print providers greater flexibility to serve multiple markets profitably from a single solution, while delivering improved colour fidelity for applications where high visual impact is critical, including branded sportswear and promotional textiles.

Commenting on the upgrade, Arjen Evertse, Director of Sales at Mimaki Europe, says demand for eye-catching textile prints continues to grow, particularly in branded applications. He noted that the addition of vibrant inks, such as fluorescents, allows users to produce more saturated, more accurate colours. At the same time, the larger TS330-1800 enables print shops to scale output and target new opportunities in digitally printed home décor.

The TS330 Series uses Mimaki’s OEKO-TEX ECO-PASSPORT certified Sb411 inks, supporting environmentally responsible textile production and helping print providers meet sustainability requirements from global brands and eco-conscious consumers. The TS330-1800 will be supplied with TxLink5 Lite RIP software to support efficient workflow management.

Mimaki says the TS330-1800 will be available across the EMEA region from Spring 2026, extending the reach of the upgraded TS330 Series into wider-format textile printing applications.
