Thursday, February 26, 2026 B-FLEX approved for use with Epson printers B-FLEX Italia has confirmed that its DTF film and powder range has completed months of testing with Epson technicians at the Epson Demo Center in Milan, receiving full technical approval for use with the manufacturer’s printers. According to the companies, the trials delivered bright, long-lasting colour, ultra-sharp detail and a soft, elastic hand feel when the B-FLEX DTF range was paired with Epson print technology. The validation is intended to provide additional confidence to garment decorators and print service providers who use both brands in production. Testing focused on the B-FLEX DTF film, which features a matt/matt water-based coating and instant hot peel technology designed to support high production speeds. The film is available globally in A4, A3, and 40 x 50 cm sheets, as well as in roll widths of 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 90, 120, and 160 cm. The B-FLEX DTF powder was also evaluated during the Milan trials, demonstrating enhanced elasticity and softness across customisation applications. The company reports that additional powder formulations for challenging and treated fabrics are currently in development as part of its ongoing research and development program.
