Recently locked in as the exclusive Australian distributor for the Neolt Factory Automatic Feeder & Stacker system – co-developed with HP specifically for use alongside the R Series printer range (R1000, R2000 and R530) – Celmac is working hard to further cement the relationship for the benefit of the local Australian market.

Jeremy Brew, Sales Enablement – Greater Asia & India, Large Format Production for HP, says: “Aside from the fact that this feeder will handle multiple stacks, even up to long sheets, the real beauty of it is that you can load it up with your production for several hours, press go and walk away. This is exactly the sort of lights out, unattended operation that our customers are telling us they want, especially in the current labour market.”

The hardware is built around high-volume production demands. Both input and output tables handle stacks up to 40cm deep, with built-in height compensation keeping everything level as material feeds through. The loading system uses a vacuum suction cup unit with autonomous motion control, allowing precise and automated sheet feeding directly to the printer, reducing manual intervention and keeping jobs moving without interruption. The stacker system features pneumatic motorised rollers for smooth and safe panel ejection. The feeder and stacker units can each be configured to suit different panel dimensions, job layouts, and throughput requirements.

Ettore Briccoli Pontiggia, Owner and International Sales Manager of Neolt Factory, affirms: “Neolt is delighted to now have Celmac as a distribution partner in the Australian market and we know they have both the technical expertise and the established customer relationships to support our sales opportunity in that area.”

Rennell adds: “We see a huge market for this system. We know there are already over 100 HP R2000 users across the country and we are confident the Neolt Factory Automatic Feeder and Stacker system is the missing ingredient in those customers being able to optimise the productivity of their printers.”

Rennell also confirmed plans to see the full operating system – the Neolt Automatic Feeder & Stacker with an HP R Series printer in full production, also integrated with an iEcho Graphics Cutter for a complete end-to-end workflow solution – to be installed in all Celmac showrooms in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane over the coming months ‘allowing customers to experience the workflow efficiencies first-hand’.

Established in Italy in 1941, four generations of family ownership have shaped Neolt Factory into an established name in cutting and finishing equipment for the printing and visual communication industries, with a portfolio that spans cutting, folding, lamination, welding, eyelet application, roll handling, and automated loading and unloading systems. Italian engineering paired with a globally connected partner network, is what allows Neolt Factory to bring innovative finishing solutions to print providers across markets that each have their own production requirements and workflow priorities.
