Having recently been locked in as the exclusive Australian distributor for the Neolt Factory Automatic Feeder & Stacker system – co-developed with HP specifically for use alongside the R Series printer range (R1000, R2000 and R530) – this is just one of the ‘real solutions’ Celmac has committed to show live on its Stand D18 at the upcoming Visual Impact Expo.

Jeremy Brew, Sales Enablement – Greater Asia & India, Large Format Production for HP, says: “Aside from the fact that this feeder will handle multiple stacks, even up to long sheets, the real beauty of it is that you can load it up with your production for several hours, press go and walk away. This is exactly the sort of lights out, unattended operation that our customers are telling us they want, especially in the current labour market.”

The hardware is built around high-volume production demands. Both input and output tables handle stacks up to 40cm deep, with built-in height compensation keeping everything level as material feeds through. The loading system uses a vacuum suction cup unit with autonomous motion control, allowing precise and automated sheet feeding directly to the printer, reducing manual intervention and keeping jobs moving without interruption. The stacker system features pneumatic motorised rollers for smooth and safe panel ejection. The feeder and stacker units can each be configured to suit different panel dimensions, job layouts, and throughput requirements.

Also demonstrating its commitment to end-to-end production with the IECHO SKII cutting solution, which combines Print Factory file automation with the speed and accuracy of the latest in cutting technology, Phillip Rennell, GM Sales & Marketing for Celmac, notes: “The IECHO SKII revolutionises cutting technology with advanced, linear motor drive systems replacing traditional transmission structures It incorporates fast response thanks to its zero transmission, which greatly shortens the acceleration and deceleration during the cutting process, so the cutting depth of the tool can be adjusted in real time to ensure that the drop between the table and the tool is consistent. Add to this, magnetic scale positioning, real-time detection of the actual position of moving parts, and real-time correction by the motion control system, and visitors to Visual Impact Expo will be able to witness first-hand how this delivers superior mechanical movement accuracy of the entire table.”

Celmac, itself a Silver Sponsor of the Expo, also plans to showcase a range of complementary technologies, including the Kala Mistral Laminator and the Epson SureColor S8160  64″ signage and décor printer, delivering versatile, quality solutions for businesses across the sector.
