The award comes just 15 months after oOh! acquired Adshel and merged two formerly competing salesforces into one high-performing operation to represent New Zealand’s leader in Out of Home. The integration involved fast-tracking organisational structure design including definition of roles, establishing clear KPIs for all the team, developing intensive training programs and, most importantly, providing agency clients with a single point of contact selling all products in the portfolio. A program of product innovation enhanced the offer under the company’s ‘A World of Unmissable’ brand positioning, comprising initiatives such as launching day buying across the retail product and the launch of oOh! Behavioural Targeting – audience profiling using mobile data. oOh!media New Zealand General Manager Nick Vile said he was proud of how far the sales team had come in a short space of time to continue to amplify the oOh! brand in the New Zealand media market. “This is well-deserved recognition for this impressive team and the commitment they have to delivering advertisers powerful results through the unrivalled scale of our integrated network and innovative data products, which enable a greater return on investment,” he said. “It is not always easy to keep a laser focus on the customer while a corporate restructure is happening, but this team has proven they can do just that! Everyone in the team responded to the challenges of integration and ensured our customers experienced exceptional service and at the same time established a great platform for future growth.” Previous Article Computaleta launches Go Digital Signage ‘out of the box’ solution Next Article JCDecaux partners with Zambrero’s ‘Plate 4 Plate’ to help provide meals to the needy Print Rate this article: No rating
