A significant focus of their business is the continuing growth in this market in terms of volume and technology. As Australia’s largest distributor of printable materials and consumables, Ball & Doggett are committed to developing sustainable packaging alternatives. Hooper will continue the push with products covering the Industrial, Foodservice, Carton board, Plastic, Flexible Packaging sectors, and the Roll Label market. Promoted to the role of General Manager – Display & Visual is Rob Brussolo. Display & Visual looks after all wide format products, including roll, rigid materials and hardware accessories. With the acquisition of Access Paper, Brussolo is looking forward to continuing organic growth. Brussolo said, ‘The signage market continues to evolve with greater emphasis on technology and the expectation to have a complete range of printable materials in stock and delivered on time is fundamental to our success.’ Taking the reins as National Manager – Digital Media (Small Format) will be Paul Bartolo. The digital print market continues to make headway with the new technologies emerging from their OEM partners. The market continues to grow, focused on application-based solutions. For the past five years, Bartolo, who has a strong history in the small format digital papers business, led a sales team in NSW. He is keen to continue to build money saving solutions like i_consignment and the Aspire Rewards program.
