Speedy Signs Open Whanganui Branch, and Appoint Computaleta as Preferred Supplier

Sign and Graphics supplier, Computaleta has been appointed as Preferred Supplier to the Speedy Signs network.

The preferred supplier agreement runs for two years and includes the supply of self-adhesive vinyl and digital films, as well as general signage consumables across the group.

Computaleta was chosen because of their wide range capable of meeting the needs of the group, their national footprint, and the knowledge, experience, and responsiveness of their staff.

Director, Arlette Farland, said “we are very pleased to have been appointed and appreciate the faith Speedy Signs has shown in our company and I am looking forward to ensuring they get the service and support they deserve.”

The appointment coincides with Speedy Signs opening their 25th location in Whanganui, the new branch being situated at 53C Wilson Street. Local franchise owners, Simon and Claire Lundon are excited to be returning to Simon’s home town to operate their sign business as well as being part of successful New Zealand sign group which has been operating for over 20 years.

Grant Archibald, CEO (Group) is equally delighted with the latest addition to the Speedy Signs network.

“It’s fantastic to now have a physical presence in the Whanganui market. I’m confident Simon and Claire’s passion for the community and their desire to do the best for their customers will see them succeed in their new business.

“We look forward to expanding Speedy Signs (along with sister brand, EmbroidMe - a specialist in branded apparel and promotional products) into other provincial centres like Taupo, Gisborne, Napier, Blenheim and Timaru in the near future,” Mr Archibald says.
