Visual Impact opens to a busy first day

Visual Impact Sydney kicked off with a smoking ceremony and official welcome by the Gawura Cultural Immersions group at the entry to Halls 5 & 6 of the Sydney Showground.

Sharing the rich heritage of First Nations People through a smoking ceremony, Stuart McMinn, a cultural man from the Dharug and Gubbi Gubbi, and Lead Cultural Facilitator of the group explained the cleansing ceremony would kick off the event on a good footing.
