ASGA releases updated Employment Guide for 2023-2024

ASGA releases updated Employment Guide for 2023-2024

The Australian Sign and Graphics Association (ASGA)  has released an updated  Employment Guide to help member businesses navigate the Fair Work Commission’s decision to lift the minimum wage, vary some employment conditions and increase superannuation contributions.

A range of Employment Contract Templates complements the 70-page ASGA Employment Guide to help businesses remain compliant with all current guidelines during recruitment and onboarding.

The Employment Guide has now been updated to reflect the 2023-24 Award wage rates, new superannuation contribution requirements and workplace guidelines.

“This guide is an important resource which has proven very valuable over past years and is part of our commitment to ensuring we provide our member businesses with the resources they need to flourish,” says Mick Harrold, ASGA President.

“Note that the updated resources are available through the member portal on our website, signs.org.au. Contract templates are under review and will be available in the same location shortly.”

To access the guide and templates, businesses must be ASGA Members. Harrold points out that with the Fair Work changes coming into effect from the first pay period in July, “now is a good time for businesses to consider their options.”
