Successful applicants to the program receive world-class coaching and leadership facilitation in an intensive two-day program led by Carl Harman. Harman has coached the leadership teams of the most respected companies in Australia and Asia Pacific. Upon graduation, participants will join the cohort of 24 emerging leaders who have graduated from the program over the past two years.
