Romano Bacci has been appointed to the newly formed position of General Manager, Mutoh Australia. Romano brings over two decades of relevant industry experience to the role and is well-recognised for his technical and product knowledge, making him a strong fit for Mutoh Australia's continued market growth.

Managing Director, Mutoh Australia, Russell Cavenagh says, “This is a role Mutoh has matured into needing, on the back of our steady growth and progressive brand development. It was important to find someone who understands our customers, knows the products and has direct experience in how the various channels to market work.”

“Romano brings all this and more and I’m delighted he has elected to join our growing team at Mutoh Australia. He brings over 20 years of wide format product logistics, marketing and channel management experience and he will be instrumental in assisting our next stage of growth for the Mutoh brand”.

Mutoh continues to produce award-winning printers ‘built for professionals’, with the XpertJet eco-solvent and UV printer range and the Australian debut of Mutoh’s new, environmentally-friendly, roll-to-roll HydrAton 1642 printer and Aquafuze ink technology, dominating customer interest at PacPrint.

Bacci adds: “I’ve known Russell for many years now through my previous roles in the industry, and I’ve been very impressed with the stability and growth that he’s brought to the Mutoh brand in the ANZ market.”

“Joining Mutoh myself presents as an exciting opportunity to use my industry knowledge and experience to continue driving the business forward and to help take it to that next level of success.”

“Having spent many years with a premium brand, it was important to me that I continue my career with another, and Mutoh fits that bill perfectly. Mutoh is well-regarded for premium quality and one key market differentiator is that they remain the only one of the big brands to continue all printer manufacturing in Japan.”
