Neolt Factory Introduces Automated Feeder and Stacker System for HP Latex R530 and Flatbed Printers

Italian manufacturer Neolt Factory has released a new automatic feeder and stacker system designed to support the HP Latex R530 and a range of other flatbed printers and cutting tables. The system is engineered to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual handling, and support high-volume rigid panel workflows in digital print production environments.

The new unit features an automated vacuum suction cup feeding mechanism with independent motion, allowing precise sheet handling and alignment. At the output end, pneumatic motorised rollers enable gentle stacking of finished panels, aiming to reduce the need for labour-intensive unloading.

Designed for flexibility, the system supports up to 40 cm of material on both input and output tables and includes automatic height adjustment to maintain level operation throughout the job. The system is compatible with the full HP Latex R Series and can be customised with third-party flatbed printers and finishing equipment.

“The goal with this system is to remove production bottlenecks, improve safety, and allow for unattended operation,” says Ettore Briccoli Pontiggia, International Sales Manager at Neolt Factory. “It’s designed to meet the demands of modern production environments while offering the flexibility to adapt to different equipment setups.”

The feeder and stacker can be tailored to accommodate varying panel sizes, layouts, and throughput requirements. It also includes autonomous motion control to facilitate communication with connected devices, allowing it to operate seamlessly as part of an integrated print or finishing line.

Neolt Factory is represented in Australia by Currie Group.
