Thursday, August 14, 2025 Aeoon Launches Next-Generation Micro DTG for Compact Production Spaces Aeoon Technologies has introduced a new generation of its Micro direct-to-garment (DTG) printer, with the company saying it delivers industrial-grade performance, enhanced software capability, and a compact footprint tailored to high-output production in limited spaces. An evolution of the Maikuro model launched three years ago, the new Micro achieves up to 80 prints per hour with a 40 × 45 cm print area. Measuring 220 × 170 × 170 cm, it is engineered to provide industrial productivity while minimising floor space requirements. The printer is powered by industrial Kyocera print heads, offering resolutions from 600 dpi to 2400 dpi, and uses water-based pigment inks. No pre-treatment is required for white garments. The system also integrates seamlessly with other Aeoon solutions, supporting future expansion. The newly developed software includes integrated API interfaces, enabling smooth integration into existing production workflows and compatibility with modern e-commerce platforms. “Aeoon’s experienced R&D team took all the benefits and advanced technology of our larger printers and put them into this compact, yet capable, model,” the company said. “This printer is ideal for young businesses or companies with small production areas.” All Aeoon printers, including the Micro, Kyo, and Kyo Hybrid models, are designed and manufactured at the company’s headquarters in Kramsach, Austria. Aeeon has partnered with Kyocera in 2023 to produce DTG printers. Aeoon printers and machines are available in Australia from Sew Simple.
