Mutoh Australia launches Mutoh Care Advantage

Mutoh Australia has launched Mutoh Care Advantage (MCA) a new service package designed to help customers safeguard their equipment investment, reduce operational risk, and ensure long term productivity – all included in the price of the printer, covering warranty and maintenance for up to 5 years

Automatically driving a proactive approach to preventive maintenance, the MCA package removes the complexity around maintenance costs, providing predictability.  

Available for either a 3- or 5-year period, MCA covers all preventive maintenance services and any warranty repairs for the customer-selected period. For print service providers and production environments where equipment uptime is critical, MCA also offers a practical way to secure business continuity and maintain consistent output, without compromise, purpose built to help customers maximise the life, performance, and return on investment.

Factory-trained Mutoh technicians will deliver all service and maintenance, and the program is now available to all eligible Mutoh customers across Australia. Existing customers are also encouraged to upgrade to the Mutoh Care Advantage platform to lock in predictable service costs and better protect their equipment investment for the long term.
