Roland DG boosts support across South Australia

Roland DG Australia has announced the appointment of Jared Doig of Colorpro Solutions Pty Ltd as an Authorised Service Agent based in South Australia. The company says his appointment reflects Roland DG's commitment to serving customers through its initiatives.
With over nineteen years’ experience, Doig has developed extensive skills and technical expertise servicing the entire range of Roland DG machines, from cutters, engravers, decorators, milling machines, dental solutions, and all types of printers, including desktop, flatbed, and large-format models.
 
Doig began his career as a Service and Support employee of Roland DG South Africa in 2005 before establishing himself as an independent ‘Technical Dealer’. He was responsible for the entire lifecycle of selling, installing and servicing Roland DG equipment. Doig has developed an intimate understanding of customers’ needs and feels strongly about ‘helping small businesses’. He views his role as ‘in partnership with his customers, so they know they can trust and rely on him when they need support’.
