PacPrint 2025 launches; floorplan filling fast

PacPrint 2025 has launched and is taking bookings for the May 2025 opening, with large stands from major suppliers already locked in. PacPrint co-locates with Visual Impact and the Label & Packaging shows and, for the first time, will be staged in Sydney.

Traditionally held at Melbourne's Exhibition Centre, co-owner associations Visual Connections and the Visual Media Association (VMA) decided to alternate between Sydney and Melbourne after the last 2022 event. From May 20th to 23rd, 2025, the industry will gather at Sydney Showgrounds Dome and linked Halls 2 & 3 within the famed Olympic Park complex.

Exhibitors already on the floorplan include: Fujifilm Business Innovation, Ball & Doggett, Spicers, HP, Mimaki, Epson, Rollover, Roland DG, Konica Minolta, Graphic Art Mart, Lamination Systems, Screen, Mutoh, Celmac, CERM, Paper Handling Equipment, Avery Dennison, Prime Grafix, ACCO, Stick On Signs, Quote&Print, Graphic Printing Point, Thunder Laser, Gulmen Digital, Multicam, Alfex, PrintIQ, SA-LED, Banner Mate, Trotec, and Lettertech.

Organisers Visual Impact says that with nine months left, the Dome is approaching sold-out, but stands are still available. It is expected that the show will be fully committed by early 2025.

The PacPrint Board comprises members from the organising associations, the VMA, and Visual Connections. The 2025 Board Chair is Kirsten Taylor of Taylor'd Press, with the remaining six Board seats filled by Jonny Rumney, Celmac; Priscilla Dickason, Epson; Kevin Pidgeon, Lithocraft; Andrea Trumble, Pozitive; Sharon Dowsey, Spicers.

The Sydney Showground is a visitor-friendly venue with ample parking, rail and bus links, proximity to the airport and for exhibitors, ground level access for trucks and equipment.
