The 2024 FESPA Australia Annual Conference delivered a thought-provoking experience to the record number of attendees who gathered for this year's event which was themed "Transform, Inspire, Lead". Now in its third year, the conference has become a key event in the print and signage industry calendar, dedicated to thought leadership and networking opportunities.

Attendees were captivated by keynote speaker Gus Balbontin, a futurist whose dynamic presentation focussed on encouraging innovation and driving change. Many panellists later referred to Gus's simple examples, setting the tone for a day brimming with inspiration and strategic insights.

Delegates enjoyed and participated in panel discussions on various topics facilitated by industry experts. Succession planning, adapting selling strategies to changed buyer behaviour, and increasing importance of mandatory climate reporting. Past FESPA Future leaders played a role in many panels, and in an interactive session, participants brainstormed how to attract new talent introduced by the FESPA future leader's cohort.

Dr. Toby Ford concluded the day by sharing practical and actionable strategies for managing stress and achieving work-life integration.

Nigel Davies, President of FESPA Australia, reflected on the conference's achievements, saying, "Months of preparation went into selecting topics, content, speakers and working with panellists. We are proud to have delivered an interactive and vibrant conference exploring key industry issues. I am sure everyone who attended took away something to improve their business and personal life - I certainly did."
