Tuesday, May 6, 2025 ORAFOL launches new products and colours at FESPA Berlin ORAFOL, under the theme “Enabling Creativity”, has launched two new products, is showing an expanded range of Glass Décor and Digital Pint films, and is highlighting three new colours it has added to the ORACAL range of cast vinyls at FESPA Berlin. The two new products are ORAGUARD HelioShield and the company’s new Coloured Paint Protection films. ORAGUARD HelioShield, a spectrally selective solar protection film, has been introduced to the European market for the first time. This premium solution has been developed for retrofitting glazing in both interior and exterior applications. The Paint Protection Films (PPF) are showcased in black and white and available in glossy or matte finishes. The transparent version will soon be available in 1830 mm width in addition to the standard 1520 mm. In addition to the new products, the company has extended its range of glass décor films. Adding to the proven polymer PVC film ORACAL 8510, two more variants are now available. The monomeric PVC film ORACAL 8410 creates a frost effect, while the PVC film ORACAL 8610 offers a finely etched glass look, enhances weather resistance, and increases durability. ORAFOL offers the multilayer cast high-performance PVC film ORACAL 970RA Premium Wrapping Cast, specially designed for full car wrapping. At the show in Berlin, three new colours, Sparkling Citrus Fury, Sparkling Riviera Rush, and Sparkling Turbo Turquoise, all in a matte finish, were introduced. This addition expands the product line to over 130 colour variations. Orafol has added ORAJET 3164 High Opacity (HOP) and ORAJET 3162 High Opacity (HOP) to its High-Opacity Digital Printing Films range. The white PVC film ORAJET 3164HOP offers an impressive opacity of 99% and is available in matte and glossy finishes. Additionally, ORAJET 3162HOP is removable and provides flexibility for various applications. Orafol is also showcasing its cutting software, which enables precise and efficient trimming of Paint Protection Films (PPF), optimising the processing workflow. The company says that when combined with ORAFOL films, its software ensures an economical and high-quality application.
