Orafol’s Mastroieni appointed General Manager - Graphics, Architectural Design and Brand

Daniela Mastroieni has been appointed to the role of General Manager - Graphics, Architectural Design and Brand as part of a restructure of Orafol’s sales and marketing organisation.

The new role brings together a team of more than twenty sales and marketing professionals, with a focus on bringing products to market and strengthening brand pathways. Daniela’s appointment signals a strategic move to enhance communications and transparency nationally, across all categories.

Promoted from the role of General Manager Architectural Design & Brand Solutions, Daniela has extensive sales experience across a number of categories. Orafol says her unique skills set will be invaluable in aligning product strategies and enhancing transparency and communication within the team.

"What I’m looking forward to most in this role is the ability to influence the dynamic of our team through transparent communication and building strong relationships,” says Mastroieni. “I believe that by understanding what each individual needs and helping them thrive, we can achieve better alignment in our product offerings, better solutions for our customers, which will naturally lead to increased sales.”

Orafol has also announced a number of new appointments including Brad Sitlington, Regional Manager VIC, SA, TAS who brings extensive experience to the role.

Victoria has added three new Business Development Managers, Scott Niven formerly of Stick on Signs, Allen Couty, and Eric Thai who worked for Kwik Kopy for over 10 years, who join Nicole Brunsma as internal sales co-ordinator.

“Coming from a sales background myself, I understand the importance of identifying with our team members and building meaningful connections. The new team brings a good mix of skills and experience that will help us explore new pathways to market, particularly in the builder, interior fit-out, and commercial A&D segments,” concludes Mastroieni.
