Wednesday, September 10, 2025 ORAFOL expands global presence through strategic acquisition in Korea ORAFOL has acquired Reflomax Co. in Korea, effective September 10, 2025, with the company saying that the transaction is a strategic step in strengthening its presence and commitment to the Asia-Pacific region, which also enables the implementation of innovative reflective technologies within the ORAFOL Group. ORAFOL has a heritage of acquiring new technologies to enhance the value-added depth of the ORAFOL Group sustainably. The company says each acquisition drives its growth and makes it a market leader in the respective technology segment. Reflomax, based in South Korea, develops and manufactures retroreflective materials and specialty films in the Asia-Pacific region.
