Tuesday, October 14, 2025 Klieverik to demonstrate GTC101-3500 Calender at PRINTING United 2025 At PRINTING United Expo 2025 in Orlando, Klieverik will conduct live demonstrations of its GTC101-3500 calender, running daily sublimation transfer sessions in collaboration with partner Coldenhove. Visitors to the show will see the 3.5-metre-wide rotary thermofixation calendar in operation, which will demonstrate the precision, temperature stability, and production control that underpin modern textile finishing. The GTC101-3500 is designed for both roll-to-roll transfer printing and direct fixation of disperse dyes or pigments. It features a 365 mm-diameter oil-heated drum and Nomex belt system, maintaining even heat distribution across the full working width. Operating at speeds up to 4 m/min, it includes tension-controlled unwind and rewind systems that help ensure consistent registration and clean edge definition across various materials, including stretch fabrics. The machine’s closed-loop thermal oil system supports stable temperature management, improving energy efficiency and reducing heat-up times. Operators can monitor and adjust parameters via a touchscreen interface, store production settings, and access remote diagnostics for service or performance monitoring. Klieverik says its collaboration with sublimation paper supplier Coldenhove highlights how coordinated equipment and media can improve transfer quality and reduce waste. Together, the two companies will demonstrate how accurate temperature control and paper performance contribute to repeatable, high-quality sublimation output. In Australia, Ball & Doggett represents Klieverik as its exclusive distributor, supporting local customers with access to the company’s calender range, and providing technical expertise and service capability, the exclusive partnership was announced in 2024.
