Fiery completes acquisition of Inèdit Software

Fiery has finalised its acquisition of Spanish print technology company Inèdit Software, completing a deal that was first announced late last year and strengthening Fiery’s position in digital textile and specialty printing.

The Fremont, California–based company confirmed in its most recent release that the acquisition has now been completed, following the regulatory review period outlined at the time the agreement was signed in November 2025. At that time, Fiery said the transaction would expand its software portfolio and make the company a “one-stop shop” for digital production print providers.

With the deal now closed, Inèdit Software’s products – including neoStampa, neoTextil, neoCatalog and neoMatch – are officially part of Fiery’s offering. The solutions are used in digital textile printing workflows.

They are designed to deliver accurate colour, streamlined production and efficient design and job management across applications such as fashion and apparel, home décor, soft signage and direct-to-film printing.
Fiery said Inèdit’s technology complements its existing digital front ends and workflow software for commercial, industrial, wide-format, direct-to-film and direct-to-garment printing. Together, the combined portfolios give print providers access to a broad range of applications while retaining the flexibility to work with printers from a wide selection of manufacturers.

When the acquisition agreement was announced, Fiery chief executive Toby Weiss said Inèdit’s software had long impressed the company, particularly in textile segments such as direct-to-fabric and dye sublimation.

He said the acquisition would allow Fiery to expand its industry-leading print software solutions into a broader range of applications.

Following completion of the transaction, Fiery confirmed that Inèdit’s products will continue to be supported and that customers can expect further development over time. Fiery plans to enrich Inèdit’s offerings with its own expertise in colour and imaging, job management, RIP performance and device integration, to deliver even stronger digital textile printing solutions in the future.

The acquisition marks a significant step for Fiery, broadening its reach across industrial and specialty print markets while bringing established textile printing technology into its global software ecosystem.
