Published on: Monday, March 2, 2020 Jeremy Matthews strengthens Roland DG South Australian team Roland DG Australia has announced the appointment of Jeremy Matthews, a new Service Engineer in South Australia. Jeremy brings a wealth of experience in the print industry, having most recently worked as a service technician for a Roland DG dealer in the region. Previous to this, Jeremy was responsible for repair and maintenance of many competitive products over a 9-year period, assisting customers with training, troubleshooting, technical and software support. "Jeremy’s knowledge, experience and customer focused approach is the perfect fit for the company,” says Roland DG Australia Service Manager, Duncan Gillespie. "We are excited to welcome Jeremy to the Roland DG family, and look forward to the value he will add to our Roland DG Care program". Based in Adelaide, Jeremy will be responsible for direct service to regional and metro customers, as well as assisting current dealers and agents in the region. Jeremy will also add value and support to installations and training under the Roland DG Engage program.
