Friday, October 3, 2025 PRINTING United Expo 2025 gears up for an “Experiential” Event PRINTING United Alliance released more details ahead of PRINTING United Expo, saying the event will be the most immersive, innovation-led Expo in the Alliance’s history. With more than 800 exhibitors across one million square feet, attendees will see groundbreaking product launches and new experiential show floor activations. PRINTING United Expo was founded on the concept of convergence, which says that growth opportunities multiply when segments come together. Today, convergence isn’t just a trend, it’s a business imperative. Commercial printers are expanding into packaging; apparel decorators are digitising; wide-format shops are exploring décor; and all sectors are embracing automation, sustainability, and artificial intelligence (AI). “PRINTING United Expo 2025 is where convergence, innovation, and community come together,” says Ford Bowers, CEO, PRINTING United Alliance. “This year, attendees will see groundbreaking technologies making their North American debut, live iLEARNING+ workforce development demos, and the sold-out G7/G7+ Exchange, all alongside a premium VIP member experience.” Visitors to the show will see: Global and North American product debuts New technology launches in automation, finishing, workflow, sustainability, and digital transformation from leading suppliers. We can’t wait to welcome the global industry to Orlando this October.” The 2025 show will also feature the Embellishment Technology Tour, run in partnership with Taktiful, highlighting digital finishing solutions across signage, merchandising, packaging, and specialty print. Cross-segment technologies will be on display, such as textile and garment decoration integrated with digital workflows and automation, reinforcing the event’s focus on diversification and market growth. Education remains a key part of the program, with more than 70 sessions planned on AI, automation, sustainability, sales, and market opportunities. Segment-specific forums will run for packaging, in-plant, and wide-format specialists. A new Enterprise Print Track will provide insight into large-scale operations, including workflow transformation, hyper-personalisation, and compliance. Student Day, held on 23 October in partnership with the Print & Graphics Scholarship Foundation, will bring students onto the show floor to explore technologies, careers, and connect with employers. The Women in Print Alliance will also have its largest presence yet, hosting a networking luncheon, panels on allyship, receptions, and informal meetups designed to foster connection and leadership.
