Women in Print is excited to announce the opening of applications for the roles of NSW Patron and QLD Patron on the Board following the departure of Patrons Debbie Burgess (NSW) and Morag Pugh (QLD). Both have been instrumental in supporting the community and driving positive change for women in the printing and broader visual media industry. Applications are open now and will close on 31 October, with the opportunity to apply online via a dedicated link.

Stephanie Gaddin, Board Chair of Women in Print, says, “Being a Patron is one of the most fulfilling roles within our organisation. It’s an opportunity to give back, connect deeply with our community, and foster meaningful change. We are looking for passionate individuals who are ready to champion the next wave of women in print, packaging, signage and the broader visual media industry.”
She adds, “I am specifically asking the women business owners and leaders who work in signage to consider this opportunity and bring their perspective and a fresh view to the work done by our team.”"It’s been an absolute privilege to serve on the Board with Debbie and Morag and contribute to a cause I deeply believe in. Women in Print has given us a platform to support others and a strong network of inspiring women,” continues Gaddin, noting the exceptional contributions and wide respect that Debbie Burgess and Morag Pugh have held in their tenure as Patrons.

Patron roles are a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact, lead with purpose, and help shape the industry's future. Applications are welcome from those ready to take on this exciting position. Anyone wishing to have a confidential discussion about the role with Gaddin or the Patrons is invited to email [email protected] with the request.
